Judson is an educator with School District 23 who has spent the past six years supporting students across the Central Okanagan. Known for connecting especially well with students who don’t always thrive in traditional environments, Judson brings a relationship-first approach to everything he does. With personal passions rooted in music and physical activity, he naturally weaves movement, creativity, and play into his approach. His goal is never just participation, but connection: to self, to others, and to a growing sense of confidence and belonging. Judson is most energized when students begin to discover their strengths, develop a strong sense of identity, and find purpose within a supportive community. He believes every child deserves to feel seen, capable, and valued — and he brings that belief into every part of camp.
Rebecca has spent five years working closely with youth and youth workers, helping create environments where young people feel safe, supported, and genuinely welcomed. Much of her work has focused on building strong teams, training leaders, and making sure the people caring for kids have the tools they need to show up well every day. At camp, Rebecca is the behind-the-scenes organizer who makes sure everything runs smoothly so kids can simply enjoy being kids. She cares deeply about creating calm, thoughtful experiences where families feel confident dropping their children off and kids feel comfortable settling in quickly. Her passion lies in understanding what young people are navigating today and creating spaces that meet them where they are — balancing fun, structure, and emotional safety. Rebecca believes the best camps aren’t the busiest ones, but the ones where kids feel known, included, and excited to come back the next morning. As a parent herself, she approaches camp the same way she would want care designed for her own children: intentional, safe, welcoming, and full of moments that make summer feel special.
